Gladiator

In GunZ, the Gladiator game mode is for melee only weapons. You cannot use any special items such as grenades or med kits.

Back in the old official servers on ijji/Aeria Games, Battle Area was the most popular map, but since the birth of Private Servers which removed the level requirement for the Stairway map this quickly became the most popular choice.

In the Stairway map, you can use your melee weapon to either lunge or flip (depending if you use a dagger or sword) your opponents off the edge and into oblivion, which is the easiest way to defeat them.

If you don't flip/lunge them at the right spot, they can easily cancel this move and survive, so make sure you perform this action at just the right place to earn easy XP.

Same rules apply to Gladiator than in Deathmatch. The first person to reach the kill goal wins.
