These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GunZ The Duel Wiki (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, and in particular by registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Site

GunZ The Duel Wiki is an unofficial, community-run wiki dedicated to the game GunZ: The Duel. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers or publishers of GunZ: The Duel.

2. Accounts

• You must register an account to create or edit wiki pages.
• You must provide a valid email address and activate your account via the link we email you before you can log in.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not register using a false identity or impersonate any other person.

3. Contributions

• When you create or edit a wiki page, your contribution is logged together with your username, the date/time, and your IP address, and is publicly visible in the page's revision history.
• By submitting content to the wiki, you grant GunZ The Duel Wiki a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content as part of the wiki.
• You must only submit content that you have the right to share, and that does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or that infringes any third party's rights.
• Vandalise, delete, or maliciously alter wiki content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other accounts, or its underlying systems, including by attempting SQL injection, cross-site scripting, or any other form of attack.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to create accounts or submit edits without our prior permission.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We reserve the right to edit, remove, or revert any content, and to suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, including where we believe these Terms have been breached.

6. Disclaimer

Wiki content is contributed by the community and may contain inaccuracies. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, content on the Site.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
